Shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight.
Please note that customers are responsible for the payment of customs duties on imported goods and taxes specified by each country (VAT, etc.) on arrival of your order.

·ITEM DELIVERY
Usually, items are shipped within seven (7) working days after orders are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and New Year holidays.)
Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be selected.
·COMBINED SHIPPING OF ITEMS
Separate orders will be shipped separately. Please be aware that multiple orders cannot be shipped collectively.

·COMPLETING ORDERS
When you have completed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you have registered.
Please make sure to save this e-mail, which will contain the details of your order and your order number.
A problem may have occurred if you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order. In such case, please contact us through MMMGONLINE@MMMG.NET.
·CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that the cancellations of items are not accepted, once orders have been placed.
[RETURNS POLICY]
·RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges at the customer’s convenience are not accepted.
However, returns or exchanges for items with initial defects or that have been sent by mistake will be accepted, provided if all the following requirements are met.
The customer contacts the Company through MMMGONLINE@MMMG.NET on this site within seven (7) days of the item being delivered.
When the customer has returned the item by following the Company’s designated procedure, the item will be exchanged for a correct one. Please note that it will not be possible to exchange the item for a different item, color or size.
A refund will only be given if the item is out of stock.
·RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Within seven (7) days of receiving delivery, please contact us through MMMGONLINE@MMMG.NET, making sure to provide your order number, name, address, and telephone number. Please be aware that if you do not contact us within seven (7) days of receiving delivery, your return or exchange request may be declined.
After we have received your details through MMMGONLINE@MMMG.NET we will send you information on how to return the item.
·REFUNDS

However, returns or exchanges for items with initial defects or that have been sent by mistake will be accepted, and A refund will only be given if the item is out of stock.
For purchases made by credit card, we will initiate refund procedures by contacting the credit card company, after we have received the returned item. Please be aware that it may take time for you to receive your refund, depending on how each credit company handles refund procedures. Please contact your credit card company if you have any questions regarding the amount of the refund posted on your statement.
